Wayne DuPage Horse Trials Posts its Entry Status
Wayne DuPage Horse Trials
July 10, 2011
The Wayne DuPage HT Team is looking forward to welcoming the many new faces joining us this year as well
as those who have competed with us last year.
Wayne DuPage Horse Trials has posted its entry status on START BOX
With the heightened number of entries this year, riders are encouraged to complete their paperwork prior to
arriving at the show to expedite the check in process. Those riders missing proof of a negative Coggins test,
signature page, copy of their USEF card (riders at the Prelim level as well as the owners of horses at the
Prelim level), etc. can e-mail their paperwork to waynedupageht@sbcglobal.net or drop it in the mail to P. O.
Box 123, Wayne, IL 60184
Only horses with a current negative Coggins test (drawn after July 11, 2010) will be allowed to compete.
Riders will not receive their packets until their horse’s Coggins is on file with the horse trials.
The horse trials welcomes Dave OMelia as this year’s show photographer. Please visit Dave OMelia’s
Photography site for information about his “pre-sell” photo packages. Contact Dave for details
FEATHER CREEK EQUESTRIAN of Elgin, IL will again host the complimentary competitors’ buffet on
Saturday at 3:00 PM. Stop by and grab a goodie or two as you head out to do course walks.
Friends of Therapeutic Equine Activities, (FTEA), the Wayne DuPage Horse Trials’ beneficiary, will be on
hand all weekend volunteering and to answer questions about their program that benefits riders with special
needs.
As always, Wayne DuPage Horse Trials wishes to thank the Forest Preserve District of DuPage County for
their support and use of their beautiful equestrian area in the Pratt’s Wayne Woods Forest Preserve. Please
remember to respect the grounds and that alcohol is NOT allowed in the forest preserve.
Looking forward to see you all soon!
