Laura Bulgren was the recipient of Area IV's very first Star Volunteer Award at MCPC HT. Given to the person who contributes most to the running of the HT in Laura's case it was sorting out XC - something she started over two months ago helped by husband, Stan & daughter, Hannah. Thanks, Laura - without volunteers like you our sport couldn't run.
